When you choose our veterinarians for your pet’s procedure, your dog or cat will be closely monitored before, during, and after surgery. We are also available to answer any questions you may have. We understand that sending your canine companion or feline friend in for surgery can be nerve-wracking and will do everything we can to put your mind at ease.

When you take your pet home, we will provide detailed instructions regarding medication administration and postoperative care. If you have any questions or problems during your pet’s recovery, we encourage you to reach out to us right away for assistance. Help is never more than a phone call away.

Saltwater Animal Hospital is able to provide specialty pet surgery services through our partner, Dr. Brian Heiser from Sawtooth Surgery. A highly skilled mobile veterinary surgeon practicing since 2017, Dr. Heiser will visit our pet hospital to perform advanced surgical procedures for cats and dogs. His licensed technician, Parris Ancheta, will accompany him, ensuring the highest standards of care and precision. You can expect the same level of safety and expertise from Dr. Heiser and his LVT as you do during our in-house surgeries.
